江河秀丽，花开富贵尤其美
节日瑞祥，国庆中秋格外欢
几缕闲愁，陪伴白云游四海
一帘幽梦，簇拥明月越千山

Rivers are pretty
blooming and riches
beautiful especially
Festivals are auspicious
the National Day and the Mid-autumn Festival
happy especially
A curtain of the elegant dream
cluster round the bright moon
over a thousand mountains
Several wisps of the leisure grieves
accompany white clouds
visit the Four Seas
