Boredom Poem by Rowland Howells Tonye Orumbie

Boredom

Rating: 5.0

Miserably Bored

I seek company
Miserably
Seeking comfort
Uncomfortably.

At the peak of boredom
Looking down on love
I keep reaching out to it
But I'm shy of course.

Feel nothing is for me
So i just steal a glance
Then my heart beat fast
My emotions all dance.

Mental pictures so satisfactory
It used to keep me content
Then the raw hunger grew
To a staggering extent.

What will be, will be
But will it?
Boredom is numbing
I feel it.
