Darkness Poem by Rowland Howells Tonye Orumbie

Darkness

Rating: 5.0

Dark Days

The day was covered
With a thick veil of darkness
The sun, lost in it's labyrinth
Sound of melancholy at its loudest.

The River of joy ebbed
The moon caged in the cloud
Time took baby steps
Evil smiles so proud!

The night cold
As the very hand of death
Darkness stood so dark!
I couldn't find myself.

Both the sun and the moon
Lost this eclipse
Plunging deep into melancholy
Somebody please help me! ! ! .

Well thought out and nicely brought forth with artistic brilliance. A beautiful creation. Thanks for sharing Rowland.
