Bound To Perish Poem by Wandering Scarlet

Bound To Perish

Rating: 4.9

who claims immortality?
ill crush them with my bare hands
who claims to live forever?
ill end their existence with ease
everyone will perish
its only a matter of time
who claims to be invincible?
ill eat them alive with hunger
who claims to be indestructible?
i will destroy them with pleasure
live while you have the chance
time may not end, but you will expire
then i will take you to dance,
dance in purgatory,
you will be judged
saved by the light,
or banished into darkness
believe....

Many poems are written along these lines, though most that I read fall short of this skill level; a 10 in my book.
