Bowling Poem by Edward Kofi Louis

Bowling

Rating: 4.0

Bowling,
Rolling,
Aiming at the target!
To roll,
Heavy ball down a track;
Indoor,
A game played inside!
To knock out a group of pins,
The wooden objects ahead of you.

Bowling!
Throwing,
The balls are rolled;
Down the lane,
Down the track,
Like an alley;
Standing and facing the pins ahead of you! !
Aiming at the standing objects.

Rolling a ball down the alley,
Low!
Aiming at the target like the muse of an arrow in the hand;
With some balls being as heavy as a cow! !
Looking at the wooden pins ahead of you,
Standing upright;
The wooden objects.
