Brainfreeze

coming in
from the cold
fingers frozen
like ice to the touch
getting out
this breath like
frozen mist
icicle shaped outward
out here
from heel to toe
frozen meat
as frostbite strikes
in between
warmth and cold
the brain hurts
while crushed by ice
