Sacrifice.. oh! what a word.
A concept that may seem unheard.
Yet, we make them every day;
Fighting for what we want to say.

For some..it's putting our dreams aside;
So loved ones can take a ride.
For others.. it's giving up free time;
To climb the ladder, oh! so sublime.

But sacrifices are not in vain;
For they teach us to break the chain.
To break the molds.. the limits..the norms;
To rise above and brave the storms.

And it's not just for personal gain,
As society needs us to take the reign.
To challenge biases and the status quo,
To show the world what women can grow.

Yes, sacrifices are hard to make,
But it's a journey that's worth the take.
For through them, we learn to stand tall,
And bloom into warriors..one and all.
