Breakfast Poem by Edward Kofi Louis

Breakfast

Big belly-man!
Big belly-woman;
Taking breakfast in bed with an ice-cream,
However, being young means that, you are ready.

I am the fisherman's son in the village;
And, you are the number one girl walking around!
As seen by man who pass you by,
But, poetry is the way of life.

Tasty love and tasty food!
Circumstances had made me what i am today with you around me;
But, in my free time, i will pray for you as well! !
Because, you need help in this village.

Love!
It's so deep and, it feels like chocolate;
But, the motherless child next door is whom i care for,
Because, it is time for us to live in unity than war.

Big belly-man and big belly-woman!
Taking breakfast in bed with an ice-cream;
But, the heavens have the rule of law for mankiind,
And, i will rise up early to be natural.

Love!
From coast to coast;
To feel the rhythm and blues of life along the ways of mankind on this earth,
For, it is just another day.
