Bring Into Being Poem by Theresa Ann Moore

Bring Into Being

Looking beyond the edge of darkness
Walking upon a fallen whisper of white snow
No trodden paths are shown …only starkness
With courage… beginning …venturing slow

A blinding storm is running out of frigid fuel
The relentless blizzard is now diminishing
In the distance fellowship is beginning to pool
The winds of defiance are relinquishing

Knowing that a spiritual warmth is surrounding
Creating a passage through time and space
Gaining confidence…reassurance is compounding
Steadily strengthening…quickening the pace

Footsteps are converging to the center of concern
Expectations of equality are moving forward
Perseverance reveals a oneness…as hope returns
Standing firm… never to falter or fall backward
