Broken Hearted



Everything still-ed
i must have been as cold
as steel
everything that meant everything to me
maimed
seems i had aimed yet missed.
The walls had caved in
our love had crumbled
i was stuck in the debris
weeping wishing you were here
hoping you'd hear my heart's cry
wiping the traces of a tear of a fear
that i'll live one more day without you.
