Bullies Poem by James Lee Watts

Bullies

Rating: 3.2

Don’t do it!
Don’t put yourself through it,
It will hurt and you’ll feel bad,
You’ll feel angry not sad,

Don’t push us away,
You’ll need me someday,
You know I’m your friend,

So why did you hit me in the head?
Beat me down till you thought I was dead?
Why did you cause me so much harm?
Did you know that you broke my arm?

But every day it’s the same way,
Bullying me day after day,
Stop it! For I don’t need you,

Your hurt me and beat me,
Do you think that’s a fair way to treat me?
Get away before I hurt you back,
I need to get my life back on track
