Burial Of A Soul Poem by Emmanuel Joseph Olumakiss

Burial Of A Soul

Her refusal to have known me
Shunned in the trial of times
Not lifted by able hands
Aggrieved she triggers and turned
Pulling her breast all to herself
A mirror the world have seen through
Burying the living by misbelieve
When life is not done yet
Glad we will soon be consumed
Period none will bear a name
Those that live in our age
Must have slept with the wave
Witnessing the cloud birth
Our worries for sure be multiplied
This is the mission we ve known bliss
When war is preached in our street
Bulling life with hands
Our survival was born by harm
Isn't the pain of the painkiller
That infringe the ill-fated folks
Hindering them from shoulder
Diminish their growth
Burial of a soul
A thorn to all flesh
