Burn Candles At Both Ends Poem by Bernard F. Asuncion

Burn Candles At Both Ends

Rating: 5.0

J-ust burn candles at both ends,
E-arly morn tenth October;
S-trong enough to work,
S-tart to rise from slumber.
I-t's time to earnestly burn
C-andles at both ends;
A-im to do the best as expected by your friends.

B-urn candles at both ends,
A-spire to finish the job;
C-limb the highest peak,
A-s you have chance to grab.
N-ow burn candles at both ends, losing not the precious time;
I-t's nice to achieve success even during the vilest clime.

A-s you burn candles at both ends,
P-repare for another day;
O-pen your life to goal,
S-oar toward the skyway.
T-ry to always work hard,
O-pen your health to mends;
L-et your arms hold the light, burn candles at both ends.
