Burning Together In Passions Flames Poem by Michael Walkerjohn

Burning Together In Passions Flames

Inspired by Zoulaikha Eve-Marie Younoszai

Seek out, and touch the mind,
of a young soul in heat;
and fill full,
of the burning flames
of passion's bright;
be, the true one,
who can alter her world
with your bliss;
across the vast space,
between you, and her precious life.

In a breath of pure love,
give her new reasons to live;
take away from her,
the dim cast
of ages dark shadows;
give to her being,
the mindful thoughts that will mend;
her loving smiles,
all at once,
to youthful laughter within.

Through your thirst, into her thrust,
expose her truth
as awe in love's flames;
cure, her will to life,
from the wane of wilting fates;
feel the budding,
of the most beautiful of compassion's roses;
as each of you melts,
in loving's fire,
as one another's soul mates.

Keep her,
from leaving this world
void of her lasting love;
make her every attempt,
to open herself up joyful and vast;
express the light bright,
through her almond eyes unceasing;
as once again,
you melt yourself,
into her life everlasting.
