    Hey Mike,

I gotta say I totally dig it. Short, raw, yet very loaded. Ive always appreciated the appropriate use of minimalism in all forms of art, few can really pull it off, but great use of words and a profound meaning

    Aloha Cole...

I do so appreciate the concise and potent comment... These types of reactions to such a simplification of that 'problem' are truly heart felt... IAM grateful that you are aboard here at ph.c. and look forward to discovering just how, your art will be received by the lords and ladies of this court.... Puling off a truly socially significant post is a one in a million chance and by the Fates desires, and my thoughts, this little dart made it... Working on that neo one all the time... Thanks my brother bard, for your examination and trust in these things... All of the best from this life, to you, and all of your relations... Michaelw1two

No matter how many times it transpires, death is always a real shocker. Ready or not, it's sure to come. Thanks for the sobering haiku reminding that 'humanity dies.' (Report)Reply

    Aloha Walterrean...

My most humble apologies... I cannot believe that I let this true to a point comment go unanswered... yes, the flesh is morbid... is weak and finite, is but for a moment... however, what of that substance that powers it? does spirit die? or do you believe this shite is all there is? I would hope not... that is kinda like saying humanity is the only sentient presence in the entire universe... and no human truly believes that... no consciousness is that smug! As to death... we are only taught that it is shocking... and are we ever so ignorant to assume that it is anything more or less that loosing one's prison of flesh... Imagine just how powerful the spirit soul is, when compared to the pounds of carbon each husk contains... and on and on we could counter... count on this... you and each of US were somewhere and were someone before we were conceived... Thank you so such for waiting patiently for this reply... All of the best from this life, to you, and all of your relations... Michaelw1two

    3 great lines, unforgettable really!
You deeply looked thru the human looking glass, and told the truth.

    Aloha Sandra...

All Right... no center... and absolut... a jug of? Bloody Mary' on the river in Sacramento... those were the days! not now though... times, they are a changin, as are wee humans becoming giants on this earth? yes we were! unforgettable Nat and those men who could transmit a message or two through their lyrics... hear them, all around the world! Spring is springing up! a blade of titanium at a tine! Trident subs or subway sandwich, which witch are you? North? lets hope so... I don't mind, cause' that don't matter... we are both material apparitions and maybe magicians? do you know any game of cards? numbers, thoughts, plumbers? at the Watergate? or some bodies in the city of blurbs outside of D.C., Rockville? or on the otherside Irvine? or fly with the S.A.S. out of Oman, back in the daze... before our stinky skunks worked on that cloud and cause all of this muck about US to be an ado? and not really good pansit in Makiti... of shooting at the bulls in the streets or standing on the street in Istanbul... all around the earth is? Good Question... something about the truth is good; is it not? Can you my dear express that truth you hold? I peruse your gear... as you do mine... pretty much all tens, shiny dimes, are your waffers or solid fines? like mine... vet me, pet me, but never piss on my boots! okay? so fly what you know to be the truth... and I fly mine... maybes we will be as those birds... Eagles, and not turkeys... although Ben really liked the idea of flagging some! and hid his worth in his words... read em' a few times... your synapses will be poppin like mary'! All of the best from this life, to you, and all of your relations... Michaelw1two

    Aloha Sandra...

Thank you my dear for your visit... I have your message in my bottle, or inbox! Compaction, an art within the ground beneath it... what was Art' last name? courage my sweet, is for the meek... this warrior or many forms handles the sword of god! and all I do is swing it... these are some fine words slip slapped and shaped into a Hyde or ku or fu wee! but not Sidney Toler! Come with me and go for a ride in my Roller and understand the Abstract! Yo! I really enjoy a better rapport and I carry my fourth passport at all times... making me an easy target? no cards though, they would ride to close to my? ? ? thank you again for making me Dixie again in my life... I wish I was in Dixie oh yea! oh yea! fore she was such a pretty lady! to me, to me... in her thoughts and mind! All of the best from this life, to you, and all of your relations... Michaelw1two

    Aloha Mj...

I still be tickled by an initial or two... always with respect I pun... everyone I can! and yes my Brother... something about this reading thing which inspires the firing of synapses and causing greater thoughts to happen... and what occurs when greater thoughts happen? Inspiration and change! That is why an education is so dumbing down! those monkeys don't want the restless monkeys to get a hint! Thank you for visiting and reading and commenting and perhaps trusting in... this post! All of the best from this life, to you, and all of your relations... Michaelw1two

Cheers and a bottle full of Jin... and not that Genie from tv land! I found my pointed hat last week... been a while of woes since this covered my crown! Thank you profoundly for your read and comprehension of these few words... Tell all of yours to grab hold of their jewels... and find that courage within through the pain of that grab! All of the best from this life, to you, and all of your relations... Michaelw1two
