I feel like a putrid, broken rose.
I once nearly flowered, though.
But even now, I drown limbless.
Oh, honestly, I couldn't swim.
So I lay down and drowned.
In a watery grave, landlocked wishing,
I wish one day I could be found.
Oh, why do we sink into infinity?
And get lost, even from ourselves.
Look, what I'm saying isn't biblical.
But I could do -with some help.
Won't someone save me?
Lend -me a helping hand or two.
Or a tube of superglue.
