Butterfly, As If First Time Seen Poem by james watkin

Butterfly, As If First Time Seen

That vibration there
Or flickering light
Effects on mind, aery
In and out of sight
A kind, who pass them
From which guise to guise
Is fey-like. Easy when
A flower arise!

A wonder; and all
But transient held
In the dance. And oh how
By it unrepelled!
As are these, for whose
Colourful display
Attractably alike grow
Taller for each day.
