Butterfly Kisses Poem by Edna Carroll

Butterfly Kisses

Through the whispers of romantic winds
they seem to magically appear.
On soft and tender wings
anticipation fills the air.

Visiting their favorite flowers,
my heart sings as they fly.
God's Creation of Nature
bring tears to my eyes.

In the presence of their absence,
my heart flutters with dismay.
Oh! How I long for butterflies
to kiss my tears away.
