Call Me Names Poem by Nassy Fesharaki

Call Me Names

Call me names

Call me names
-whatever possible
-feel free in choosing
-anything, everything!

Call me names
-but never take away
-Nature and Mother Earth.

Leave trees and jungles,
Leave tusks of elephants,
Leave the winding rivers,
Leave grass and the birds,
Leave the bores and tigers,
Leave the fin of the sharks,
Leave the fish and the lakes,
Leave plains and mountains,
Leave the moss and beaches,
Leave the waves and oceans,
Leave dolphin and the whale,
Leave giraffes with long necks.

Call me names as you wish
-but let the nature live.

Let clouds have claws
-strong as eagles'
-to lift the preys and
-take them up to skies…

Let them bear a lot of children,
Let broods to be white, also wet,
Let the kids to be named snow, rain,
Let them kiss my skin and tickle,
Let me soak and taste the drizzles.

Call me names!
Call me names!
Call me names!
But do not harm nature,
Let's respect Mother Earth.
