Call Me Pretty Poem by Emma Atkinson

Call Me Pretty

Rating: 4.3

Call me pretty.
I know I'm not,
But if you say it,
I'll believe you.

Whisper my name
As you push back my hair.
I'll close my eyes,
And I'll know it's true.

Wait for me when I'm gone,
And hold me in your heart.
That's all I'll ever need,
All I'll ever ask for.

It is enough for me to know,
That maybe you feel the same.
