Can You See The Pride Of A Nation?
Can you see the pride of a nation
when it’s young men,
march of to war
and some to return no more?
Can you see the pride of a nation
when the battles and the war is won,
but destiny and betrayal
still makes a deadly mark?
Can you see the pride of a nation
where even the integrity
of its leaders lack?
Can you see the pride of a nation
that turns its back on its own
and disregard their abilities?
