Maybe the reason why you can't buy eggs & bacon
Maybe because they're already taken,
Or maybe about the price you are just lying
And the true facts you are just denying.
Maybe your making up or believing another fictitious story
Maybe that's your true ploy,
Hoping the naïve and the gullible will believe what you say
Like when you believed Haitians were eating cats and dogs the other day.
Maybe your money is going somewhere else
And you're not using it for your family or yourself,
Maybe it's because you're buying bibles, trading cards and tenderloins
Or your buying ugly sneakers & gold watches and commemorative coins.
Maybe you should stop buying junk sold by that con
Maybe your best bet is not to believe all spoke and sold by Don,
Then you can prove that you at least have common sense
When you don't give him your very last cent.
Maybe your spending your very last penny
Then by that token your proving in common sense you don't have any,
And if you believe the cost of eggs and bacon is high
Don't blame the government, blame that lying conning guy.
