Canvas Poem by Nassy Fesharaki

Canvas

Canvas

Hope that you remember,
You called them savages,
For painting their faces,
And pierce on the chests.

Now you are a canvas,
Pierce is everywhere,
Eyebrows to noses,
Down to the clitoris.

Now, are you a savage?

Well, friends,
Think again!
