Capturing Their Essence
Intellect rushing rapidly through rhythms, capturing
their essence, placing them within me for safe-keeping.
Loving the way they affect my mind, tasting their
variety as they pass through neurons and synapses.
Leaving trails of their coded messages within the
poetry that is written incessantly.
