Keep choice
For rise
In life whenever chance arose
And you really pose
Make it challage
For health to manage
Body mist be streamed
And perfectly lined
This gives weightage in performance
In appearance
And in presenting
Body art and relating
So raise level
And feel well
For self and others
As you prove to be martial racer
It is always good
To have understood
The gospel of good health
And care for each count of breathe
