Carefree and casual

I didn't stress more
yet explored the memory
if that could help me
from being harassed

I looked back to the young days
and got a smile in many ways
I tried to smile with a comfortable stay
but it was not going to help in any way

did I serve well to the cause?
I paused for a while
and tried to evaluate
but could not find worth reason to relate

it was as usual
carefree and casual
with no thoughts other than the self-interests
and trying to do all the best

was the life spent with no purpose?
I supposed so
it was nothing else but lavish entertainment
sheer madness after leisurely attainment
