Caved In Poem by Jennifer Birchall

Caved In

Rating: 5.0

I sit in these quiet moments
How did my life come to just this
Surrounded by four colourless walls
Stripped, bare and ugly to the eye
A prisoner in my home
I'm free but feel confined

The expression and feeling of emptiness and frustration very succinctly and very well conveyed. It is entirely felt. Sorry.
