POET'S NOTES ABOUT THE POEM
In India, the Hindu majority party, BJP, is winning elections on a regular basis -all over India. it appears more and more citizens are veering towards BJP.India is a secular country and all divergeent views are protected. John Kenneth Galbraith, US Ambasador early 60s, had coined the phrase 'functioning anarchy' to describe India. It holds even today! I have used the phrase 'anarchy functions': despite all the seeming anarchic conditions-kashmir, naxal problem, caste..., the country is holding together and elections are held regularly and it is generally accepted as fair. One of the few contries where EVMs are used!

Unfortunately we don't have a strong opposition. So the party in power can act according to their whims and fancies! I don't like to discuss politics, but I do agree with your views! A sensible limerick, enjoyable and profound.....!
