Celebrate Your Love Poem by Paul Sebastian

Celebrate Your Love

CELEBRATE YOUR LOVE
A poem by Paul Sebastian

You have lived through these years
Before you lie beautiful golden years
Passing moments are precious
Why dwell, in yesterdays' tears?

Life left could be too short in years
Yesterdays' pain, tomorrows' fears
Let haunting painful memories go
Forgive, for healing, let peace restore

Live each day to its fullness
Make moment's happiness
Live moments to celebrate
Life is short, why procrastinate?

At hand, this moment is here
Talk love to one who's dear
Putting off till morrow, could be late
Tears and flowers, could be too late

Why bury love deep in your heart
And have no courage to speak out?
Love should be fanned into flames
Not chained by pride, nor be tamed

To someone you love, confess your love
Let it flow from your honey-comb trove
Let one you love taste its sweetness
Let one you love know love's loveliness

Love cannot be inhibited
Love cannot be hibernated
Love cannot be procrastinated
Love moments are celebrated
