Celebration Poem by Darwin Henry Beuning

Celebration

A blessing
A healthy child

You want them
To have the best
Never needing want

You watch them
Year after year
As they grow

Learning the alphabet
tying their own shoes

Drying their tears
Calming their fears

For mother and father
They are special

But, soon they discover
To others
They are just

Very special peas in pod! Every child is unique and one of a kind. Each has a special way about themselves and they can never be duplicated. Like their own DNA! Hug your kids often.

Peas in a pod, but gifts from God. No matter where they went, you know they're Heaven-sent.
