Challenge Poem by guy lipmore

Challenge

School in Seattle was established,
A second in his city's birth.
Gauntlet thrown down, 'Get beat, move along, finished',
Time to prove his worth.!
A challenging time,
His lady almost a month gone.
Institute and credibility on the line,
He was not to be moved from.

Rules and conditions imposed,
‘Where and when to fight'.
'No Rules' Bruce disclosed,
Messenger did cite.
Okay. I'll fight you next week, '
Bruce said 'Why not now'?

Face to face they did meet,
Bruce did not bow.

(to be continued..)
