Chance Meeting Poem by Dorothy (Alves) Holmes

Chance Meeting

What a pleasant exchange!
We were happy to see each other,
I could sense you think I still love you,
I wondered when you had become a mind reader.
We said good-bye and sadly, I watched you
Walk away again!
