Change The Stand Poem by Mehta Hasmukh Amathaal

Change The Stand

Change the stand

I put comment”liked”
But it seems you disliked
You are gently smiling
And silently defining

I care for nothing
But slowly searching something
Your stare puzzles me
And forcing me not to feel free

It is wonderful not to tell
Single word that may smell
Little game behind it
But I appreciate it and greet

You are showing little inclination
For readers condemnation
But stand own ground firmly
And come out readily

It is one of the rarest qualities
That you may find in niceties
That is where people fail to judge
Change the stand, alter the opinion and budge
