Changing World Poem by Saju Abraham

Changing World

Days of dictators are counted
They are sweating under their attire
Paying the price for denying freedom
People are prepared for any price
To regain their lost prize
The UN must have a count board
That says ‘a few down and few more to go’

All’s well with the world
If you think so
You can’t be more wrong
I see vultures gathering their clan
Hyenas laughing nervously
Wolves smack lips at deer lock horns

There are democracies and sham democracies
There are dictators and benevolent dictators
Beware the dictators the end is near
Beware the sham democracies
The blood of rightful rulers will flow
And infuse truth into the blood of innocents
Drowning you into the depth of hell
