Child-Killer Poem by Nassy Fesharaki

Child-Killer

Child-killer

Accused is a child.
Murder is his crime.

He speaks; in his tongue:
“You harvest the crops;
If fruit, you pluck;
Normal is killing cows;
Why not child? ”

He was raised in reserve,
Not sure of his parents;
No-one there to train;

He observed
Drinking, and drugs
Smoking as pastime
And gamble, a recite

Nobody calm, sober
Scratched are all nerves

To such things he is heir.

Who must take the blame?

But in years…

First shooters dealing fur
Blue-eye and the church?
