Christ this Christmas you descend
For love God thou bestowed on we
To live amidst, to lead to bliss
God amongst men?   Birth in manger?
With utmost humility in thy cradle you beam
O infant king! for thy birth, death the
Magi lived
Rare rose of Bethlehem; Humanity's saving shield
Divine a bear time long foretold
By Isaiah, Micah, Nephi, Alma, Samuel and by Gabriel at annunciation
O sing! Herod's fierce spear he'd swerve astray
Hosanna! Our earth gladdens, the heaven pleases

O!
The church bell stroke; The dawn's nipped
For the preacher's holy nativity sermon
far near gaily folks hastily gently whisk
Kiddies in best; adults in merry
From choir sprang thus jolly Xmas hymns
Delightful and with mirth, brethren heartily sang
Caroling, flamboyant kids santa's goodies long.
Thereafter a colourful banquet's set
Amidst Xmas trees, lights and frills
In company of loved ones, guests and pets
One of Potatoes Eggs Chicken Rice
Porridge Toasts Fish Pork Snail
Honey Milk Beef Sauce Cakes
Salads Ice creams Chestnuts Cheese
Apples Strawberries Roasts and Beer
O! chatter and cackle's whole in air
wine and dine's far from least
glee glee and glee's the feast

O lowly redeemer, our saviour king
Our wish grant this day and bless
That joy and love of the day forever be
Iniquities and woe unheard in our world
Our heavy feet, o guide the narrow path
Thy peace and harmony hence so befall.
Christ our hope. Our refuge. Our love.
