Christmas Drear Poem by Dans Only

Christmas Drear

Rating: 5.0

It's that time of year again
When the red suits appear again
Luring the children near again
With candy canes and cheer again
To whisper in their ear again
With breath like stale beer again
In a voice of cashmere again
'Nice to see you, my dear' again
Oh so sincere again
Holding a little too near again
'Smile', but I only sneer again
Hand slides down to my rear again
And he seems to just leer again
Not wanting anymore to be here again
As the other kids start to jeer again
At my Christmas Tear again
