Christmas Slippers Poem by Ima Ryma

Christmas Slippers

It's almost time for Santa Claus
To head out into his long night.
Just before leaving he does pause,
And gives us slippers, red and white,
To Mrs. Claus in the shape of
Santa's face so Mrs. Claus can
Remember Santa with much love
While out giving gifts is her man.
Mrs. Claus tells Santa she'll miss
Him dearly as she always does,
And then she gives Santa a kiss,
Says we're best slippers ever was.

Off come us slippers, white and red,
As Mrs. Claus goes back to bed.
