how did imprisoned public locked up in homes feel?
some people are depressed, broken hearted, suffering
increasing financial hardship; no customer hospitality

businesses like restaurants cafes bars hotels are failing
locked at home alcoholism is rising; domestic violence
occurs in lock down traps, harvest food rots unpicked;

this wasted rotted food producer bankruptcy
will create future food inflation for an island nation
tragedy people die from canceled operations

needed operations life sustaining operations
but Jacinda closed half of hospital bed capacity
beds might be needed for a flood of patients

crisis sudden arriving with Covid-19
it never happened but what did was
sick patients desperately needing...

surgery life saving operations...
canceled over months of closed...
bed capacity died yes perhaps...

crime died not Covid-19 deaths...
patient deaths resulting from canceled...
operations were never counted...
