Circle Poem by J.W. Frogg

Circle

Sit in this Circle
Hunch over and lean in close, breathing in everyone else's exhale
Squat down for a spell... or your life
Turn your back on all who'll refuse this space we fill
In here you will not be judged, not for the things that the others worry about
You'll never have to explain why you spent your life standing still
You'll never have to explain why you never captured the treasures on the hill
You may have to explain where you've been, or why it's been so long
But, this is only because we were getting ready to fill your void
To complete our Circle
