I learnt about public behaviour
Everybody was busy in taking picture
Of road victim, whereas he was bleeding
Not a one person was heading towards him
No one cared to ring police
Or call ambulance
For emergency service
It leads to person's demise
He could have been saved
Had there been emergency medical aid
News report gave some compassionate note
The victim had lost his life
The accident can take place anywhere
But the public has fear in mind
The police make call them often for interrogation
This is the main cause of alienation
Not some relief measures are announced
Emergency service shall be given and no questions shall be asked
The idea behind this is to provide emergency medical aid

Extremely sad and painful state of affairs. Though new rules have been announced to hasten relief to the injured in accidents, but to what avail? road victim....was bleeding Not a one person was heading towards him
