Clarity Poem by Oreoluwa Sanni

Clarity

Rating: 5.0

Saturated mind with uncertainties,
Searching for the truth and honesty.

Clarity,
How did friends turn to enemies or frenemies,
Answers kept hid from me.

Lone wolf how I was once before
Might have been the right path all along
Before I started learning how to crawl into this thing called love.

Tripping and getting bruised with every fall, but yet my heart wants more,

It's wearing out, and I'm losing strength.
It's not as strong as It once was before
But I'm strong,
As they say let the weak say they are strong.

Recovering from new damages as the next year approaches although I know I have to stay focused but sometimes it all feels hopeless.

The calendar's year cycle is almost up, and I still need to change the beating rhythm of my out of sync clock that once properly sang tick tock, tick tock.

Clarity come to me, speak to me the truth in all honesty, I am deserving of you.

Set me free.
