Clearing Mind Of Stress Poem by RoseAnn V. Shawiak

Feeling out of sorts, needing to write and listen to poetry
to clear this mind of stress and turmoil today.

Readily grasping onto the soothing beauty of rhythms as they
take mind and intellect into another dimension.

One far from this earthly one for a while, fascinating, en-
ergizing, being fully absorbed as music flows in this mind.

Playing it with notes and rhythms, exciting and totally awake-
ening it from destruction of stress caused by an insensitivity
of others, so glad to have these poetical gifts to stead this
being in times like this.
