Colours Poem by Rachel Brewer

You coloured me in.
You filled my blank spaces with beautiful lines,
You filled the gaps in my soul,
And splashed my heart with glorious red.
You coloured my world,
My life,
My love.
And now I shine.
I burn brightly with every colour in the universe,
Because you filled me up,
With everything that is good and pure.
You coloured my world,
And now I glow with all the colours in the rainbow.
And I feel,
Like I could paint beautiful pictures,
With all this colour I have inside me.
Now.
And you gave it to me.
You gave me everything.
