Come A Little Closer-Don't Step Into My Shoes Poem by Princy Prince

Come A Little Closer-Don't Step Into My Shoes

Rating: 4.2

If i was onthe edge of a building
Would you come there,
screaming my name?

If i was gone, into a deep sleep
Would you remember me?

There is no where else to go
Your gonna miss me
When i disappear

You don't know the pain i am in
Until and unless,
You step into my shoes

Take a good look into my eyes
What do you see?
What is the difference between you and me?

i can see the look that they give me
When i pass by everyone
That is why i lock myself
Cause i am not like everybody else

Should i chain myself up?
And throw the key away
I would not be that way
Unless they treat me that way

But this is how i feel
I might not show it out
I might seem happy
But i am not

People are guided by what they think is right
But the law of mental and physical abused teens
Are loosing the fight

I know you must have not felt the pain
But trust me
You should not step into my shoes
Cause i know that you would fall

no one would come screaming your name, they don't care if you live or die..... and you are different or should i say abnormal from others.... you don't deserve the love people give to you.... your a liar cause you brought this upon yourself
