These days I had been busy
Thinking of you the entire time
Sleepless nights and dreaming days
Affixed gaze towards the oblivion
The noise of the world like a distant buzz
Lights getting bright and closing in
Sudden chill of the gushing air
Soothing shadows in a park
A lonely bench beneath the tree
Surreal and delusional
Sweet sounds of a flowing river
Let's go take a ride
On the raft that I craft
The current will take us both
Down below with the stream
To a new world we carry each other
If only you understand my love
You will smile and come with me
On the journey of our life together
