Comfort - Poem by Amalei Masigla

bring me into the arms of comfort and lay there beside me
wishing that this is what you'll be able to see
how I am longing to speak to you now
so I could blurt out all these feelings somehow
come cry on my shoulders and let me comfort you
I will be here as long as you need me too
on the sand we lay holding hands wishing for a star to fall
never knwoing what will come so let's share this shawl
warm and comforting this is
falling into an abyss
it's okay as long as I am with you
my comfort, how come this is so true?
