Commandments Poem by Randy McClave

The 10 commandments were posted
In all of Georgia's schools,
All the republican leadership were toasted
By the Bible Belt implementing the new rules.
The 10 commandments you can read
But, in them, you have to trust and believe,
The very soul they must nourish and feed
Them the Lord God almighty did conceive.
The 10 commandments by the children was read
Soon, they'll be taught by the teachers as well,
Now many children have bled
By a killer who read the gun bible as his tale.
Christians use the Bible
Which the Devil does truly fear,
The Devil uses the gun and the rifle
Screams and crying and murder he loves to hear.
The children were told they were safe
Then another child died when the bullet did ring,
Then the Devil laughing came as a wraith
Posting the commandments didn't accomplish a thing.
