Commemorating Paris Victims Poem by Maryia Kotsur

Commemorating Paris Victims

Rating: 5.0

Their fates forever in Chronicle,
Their lives in the rifles fire,
They've been struck, pain immures
In newspapers headlines.
And spreading the sorrow of Paris
Candles in the wreckage of hopes.
You lived and you loved
You´re not here, but forever in our hearts.
And the Earth will be caught in flames,
The candles of support and faith
From sorrow, but not despair
The eyes of Parisians blaze.
Times of sadness will leave your door,
And having stood a battle with woe
You should know, our prays are for you
Our support with Paris too.

Human stupidity knows no bounds. To kill in the name of a god is sacrilegious. This needs to be stopped now and forever. Thanks, Maryia
