Compassion Is The Root
When you feel seeing someone's sufferings,
It is sympathy, from where is born compassion,
The feeling of empathy and kindness
For suffering or anguish of others.
Compassion is the root of ahimsa.
Ahimsa is by deed or word not harming.
Compassion is the cure of suffering.
Sans compassion, society lacks safety.
